MDS Medical Autoclave Checking... (Fault Solution)

If you have an MDS Medical autoclave you might find the unit stops running a cycle half way through and shows ''Checking...'' on the screen.

This problem will be due to the autoclave saving cycle data to the USB drive that is plugged into the unit. The USB will most likely be full and be in need of downloading.

Solution: 
Step 1: Unplug the USB drive from the autoclave (The autoclave cycle will now continue and work as normal)
Step 2: Insert the USB drive into your computer, download and save all data for future reference.
Step 3: Right click the USB drive and press ''Reformat'' once the drive is empty, eject the USB and then plug back into the autoclave.

If this problem continues after following the steps above you may need to insert a new USB drive to replace the older USB.
