1. Introduction
Welcome to Dental Warehouse Europe Ltd. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this site or place an order.
2. Definitions
- “Company” refers to Dental Warehouse Europe Ltd.
- “Buyer” or “you” refers to the customer or site user.
- “Goods” refers to products offered for sale by the Company.
- “Contract” refers to any agreement for the sale of Goods.
3. Use of Website
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this website.
- All product images and descriptions are for reference only and may not be exact.
- We reserve the right to change prices or product details at any time without notice.
4. Orders and Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Full payment in EUR is required before dispatch.
- Payment is processed securely. We do not store credit card details.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Prices exclude VAT and shipping unless otherwise stated.
5. Delivery
- Delivery addresses must be accurate and complete.
- Risk transfers to the Buyer upon delivery.
- Delays do not entitle cancellation unless exceeding 100 days.
- Any delivery issues must be reported within 5 days.
6. Cancellations and Returns
Consumers
- You may cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt by emailing us.
- Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging at your own cost.
All Buyers
- No returns accepted without prior authorisation and a valid RTV number.
- Defective goods must be reported within 14 days.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to unwanted or incorrect orders.
- Software must be returned sealed or with a completed Proof of Destruction if digital.
7. Warranty
- Goods are warranted for 6 months from delivery unless otherwise stated.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
- It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure the end user is trained and insured to use the products.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of the Goods purchased.
- We are not liable for indirect losses such as business interruption or lost profits.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability where unlawful (e.g., fraud, death, or injury caused by negligence).
- Consumer rights under Irish law are not affected.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on this site (text, images, logos, etc.) is owned or licensed by Dental Warehouse Europe Ltd.
- You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
- We comply with GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Your data is used solely for order fulfilment and communication.

11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, supplier issues).
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the Irish courts.
