• The M1 low speed air motor adopts external water spray,It is equipped with stainless steel snap joints with superior flexibility, thus ensuring that the water pipe will not loosen or detach from the handpiece head during treatment
• The M1 handpiece adopts push type bur change which is the replacement of the original clamped bur change. This method features quicker, more convenient and time saving bur assembly and disassembly, thus saving time
• The vibration frequency of the handpiece is quite small. The test results show that the radial run-out is less than 0.03mm which is very suitable for delicate operations.
• The dental polishing ring of the M1 low speed air motor with internal water spray is made of American stainless steel which is treated by many processsing steps. It will not be damaged after sterilisation at 135 degrees of high temperature and high pressure steam.
• This dental air motor uses ceramic bearings, with a ceramic ball cage which is made of material from the UK. The two sides of the bearing are equipped with a sealing device which protects the internal bearings from external dust and other impurities. The inner and outer ring of the bearing are created by circular grinding treatment ensuring its concentricity which greatly improves the dynamic performance of the bearing and prolongs the service life of the bearing.
• The motor will only stop running because of lacking of oiling. Without the lubricating oil, the blades which lead to motor rotation will not be resistant to friction. While the abrasive resistance of M1 handpiece is 50% higher than that of the others. Correct oiling directly improves the performance of the motor.
